He's a full time employee of the union responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, securing project funding from potential funders, Documenting learning for sustainability and impact, supporting Information and communication needs, Initiate policy development, Coordinate program capacity- Systems,processes and standards of the Union to meet donor requirements, Project implementation needs and local regulations and support high-quality programming among other responsibilities
He's a full time employee of the union with a mandate to craft policies, forming the activities and strategic development of the union, and drawing in, securing sponsors and donors to fund the activities of the Union. Among others he's responsible for these;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Securing project funding from potential funders
- Documenting learning for sustainability and impact
- supporting information and communication needs
- Initiate policy development
- Be the international contact person
